    All is One
    Soul Training – locating the Golden Treasures

    In a dream I am hovering above the sea
    Where an ancient one sat talking to me
    TASK he said
    Locate the golden treasures in the waters deep
    Time will be set, which you must keep

    So lowered I was, to the ocean floor
    To find these treasures & return to shore
    Time was set & so I began
    Racing frantically I did run

    Searching high & searching low
    There was so much to cover & places to go
    But then a sound I did hear
    My time was up to my despair

    I failed to locate these golden jewels
    What went wrong? I followed all rules
    Brought to surface to try once more
    Advice was given, feel heart from core

    Again I was lowered in the oceans deep
    Time was set, I had to keep
    Again I raced the ocean floor
    Frantically racing to beat my score

    Time was ticking I was nearly done
    Nervously panicking, I did run
    Once again I failed this attempt
    So back to the surface I was sent

    Back of the line I did go
    Waiting my turn to be sent below
    Finally… my time did come
    Guidance given, ALL IS ONE

    This time when lowered within the ocean
    I did not run with frantic motion
    Instead I calmly did stand
    Closed my eyes and stretched my hands

    Feeling love for this deep blue sea
    Becoming one, the ocean & me
    I did not move or anxiously run
    Felt deeply I had already won

    For in that moment of merging with sea
    I felt alive for just being me
    As I stood there feeling oneness & love
    The golden treasures glowed from above

    All that time they were metres away
    Yet lifetimes, spent running, the other way
    The golden treasures glowed so bright
    Feeling elated, as it shined its light

    Finally I had won the race
    Then in that moment I was sent to space
    Another quest, I’m sure it will be
    To help me see the divine in me

    Lifetimes were spent chasing time
    Always failing, back of line
    Took me lifetimes to get it right
    Be love, be one and stop the fight

    I can tell you now, it wasn’t an easy dream
    For there were many moments, I wished to scream
    I felt anger, impatience, frustration and more
    Like banging my head on a great hard door
    The message is simple and oh so true
    All that you seek lies already in you

    Sometimes we just need to stop
    Close our eyes & forget the clock
    Answers that we seek, we already know
    Through our heart & oneness, they will show

    For when you are still, you will see
    That we always were divinely free
    Go with the flow of the river I say
    And trust in spirit to guide our way…
