In today’s world it’s normal to feel drained, stressed and hey it’s normal to dread going to work day after day. Stress, anxiety, frustration, lack of sleep, financial issues, relationship dramas, family dramas then throw in a few kids to spice things up. This way of life although monotonous except for a few holidays in between is seen as somewhat the norm for most people in so called advanced societies around the world.
It’s completely normal to gather amongst friends and complain about work, relationships and life in general. There is reassurance with this gathering as there is relief in knowing that others are going through the same toxic challenges. Emptiness and sadness, is most often disguised with pictures and posts that express happiness and success. The truth of how one truly feels is never shown to the world, but merely disguised with illusions of perfection. The more one hides behind masks and illusions, the greater they are made to feel isolated and disconnected to all that is true. Most often turning to alcohol, food and other abusive substances help escape their true inner state. It’s no wonder that so many people on this planet are finding themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually exhausted. Still despite their drained exhausted state they continue day after day. Being in this depleted state, one is more susceptible to aches, pains and various imbalances in the body. But of course one must continue to solider on with a life that is bringing them very little joy and fulfilment. Thank heavens for the pharmaceutical industry which provide band aids to help continue this mundane autopilot existence. The range of pills out there is nothing short of spectacular, seriously! Feel depressed; take an anti-depressant. Got a headache, take a pill. These days there are endless tablets for just about everything. So pop a pill, stop complaining and solider on. Keep going until your mind, body and soul literally give up, and then visit Doctors who will tell you there is nothing more they can do. I challenge you to answer these questions truthfully, for a moment let go of the notion of having to keep up with Joneses, and forget what you feel society expects of you.
If you have answered NO to any of the above questions, I challenge you to reflect on why this is so. We are all different; no one is better or less than another. We all have that radiant light within us, but it is a light we can choose to feed or dim with our thought patterns. My role as a Holistic Therapist is to guide others to see and express their own unique magnificent light. Peeling back and understanding the core beliefs that limit ones true potential so that they are free to move forward with infinite possibilities. For all those that do not know, Holistic Therapy is a branch of alternative medicine that looks at treating the individual as a whole. There are no band aids and quick solutions; instead there is genuine care on enhancing the health of one’s physical, spiritual, emotional and mental wellbeing. The holistic approach digs much deeper than a standard health practitioner. Digging deeper as to why the symptoms are present in the first place we go to the core of the imbalance within the individual. We as Holistic Therapists understand the energetic connection our thoughts and feelings have on our body and so a lot of time is taken to assist clients in unravelling the maze of their own mind. Holistic Therapists serve as guides to assist others on their journey, but ultimately it is the individual them self that finds the radiant diamond buried within them. We assist in helping others see what it is within them that serves as a blockage or inhibitor from living a more purpose filled, joyous life. More and more people are waking up to just how detrimental our thought patterns can be to our health. Stress has serious adverse effects on the individual and many health professionals consider stress as one of the leading causes in diseases. Dis-ease being an imbalanced state in which there is no ease and harmony in ones body. True healing is a journey that starts within one’s self and will not come about from a quick and easy “take this pill” approach. With the help and support from qualified Holistic Therapists, one can journey to the worlds within themselves for the answers and clarity that is needed for healing. There are many different forms of holistic therapies and complimentary therapies ranging from nutrition to energetic healing. At Mother Earths Sacred healing Space, Holistic Therapy may include any of the following modalities:
I recommend including Holistic Therapy as part of one’s treatment plan for optimum health. It is non-evasive, natural and effective. The body communicates to us through various physical ailments the inner pain and suffering we feel inside. By understanding, and making peace with our inner conflicts we in turn stop the negative output of energy flowing to our physical body. By replacing and reframing old beliefs and thought patterns we open up opportunities for self-healing.
